At Arvada Triathlon Company, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next race; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; please note that nutrition, hydration products, and used swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in the original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
