How do I determine the right wetsuit size?
Wetsuit sizing is primarily based on height and weight. We recommend referring to the specific size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or choosing the smaller size for a more competitive, hydrodynamic fit.
What is your return policy on high-performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear and nutritional products cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and frames?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Arvada Triathlon Company account dashboard.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All technical equipment, including watches and bike components, comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, ensuring your purchase is fully protected.
